Researchers argue that Covid-19 should be classified as an inflammatory disease. That is because the severity of the infection is associated with a dysregulation of the inflammatory immune response.
As a result, it makes sense to counter Covid-19 with anti-inflammatory nutrients to quench inflammation.
Here are 6 ideas for you to consider:
1. Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 tablet containing at least 1000 IU should be ok. You can take up to 4000 IU a day.
Surprisingly, 82% of coronavirus patients out of 216 admitted to hospital in Spain had low vitamin D levels.
2. Vitamin K
Take a Vitamin K supplement or perhaps take a combination of Vitamin D3 and K together.
There are 2 types of Vitamin K. The first one (K1) is known for it’s role in blood clotting. The other (K2), is needed for calcium regulation in the bones, cartilage and blood vessels.
Researchers in The Netherlands report new findings on the vitamin’s potential to help reduce the severity of symptoms of Covid-19 patients.
3. Vitamin C
Keep strong Vitamin C tablets on hand (1000mg). When you think you have been infected take 1 Vitamin C tablet every hour for 8 hours.
4. Green Juice
Drink a glass of Green Juice (Daily Alkaline Drink).
5. Anti Inflammatory Tea
Increase the counter attack by also having an Anti Inflammatory Tea.
6. Healthy Food
Include as many anti-inflammatory foods in your diet as possible.
For example, a smoothie consisting of blueberries, raspberries, banana and yogurt would be beneficial.
Also, vegetable soup loaded with garlic, onion, carrots, sweet potato, turmeric and pepper will work in your favour.
